on the publication of a numbering plan for public data networks
The Czech Telecommunications Authority announces that pursuant to Section 68 (4) of Act No. 151 / 2000 Coll., on Telecommunications and on the amendment of other laws, as amended, it published a numbering plan for public data networks, dated 27 September 2002. This plan, which is binding on the network operators and service providers concerned, provides for a numbering system (addressing), principles for the creation of network end-points and rules for their use in data transmission networks.
According to the same provision of the Act, the Czech Telecommunications Authority published this numbering plan for public data networks in the Telecommunications Bulletin of 21 October 2002, in the normative section "A 'under point 157. The numbering plan for public data networks became valid on that date.
