GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 September 2004
determining the amount of the charge for the use of motorways and express roads by road motor vehicles
The Government orders pursuant to § 46 (1) of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll.:
Amount of the fee
The fee for the use of the motorway and express road by a road motor vehicle with at least four wheels (hereinafter referred to as the "motor vehicle ') or a combination of vehicles shall be:
(a) per calendar year for a motor vehicle or combination
1. up to a total weight of 3.5 tonnes 900 CZK,
2. with a total weight of over 3.5 tonnes up to 12 tonnes of 7,000 CZK,
3. with a total weight of over 12 tonnes of CZK 14,000;
(b) for two months for a motor vehicle or combination
1. up to a total weight of 3.5 tonnes 300 CZK,
2. with a total weight of over 3.5 tonnes up to 12 tonnes of CZK 1,750,
3. with a total weight of more than 12 tonnes of CZK 3,500;
(c) 15 days for a motor vehicle or combination
1. up to a total weight of 3.5 tonnes 200 CZK,
2. with a total weight of over 3.5 tonnes up to 12 tonnes 650 CZK,
3. with a total weight of more than 12 tonnes of CZK 1,300;
d) for one day for a motor vehicle or combination only for a total weight of more than 12 tonnes 250 CZK.
Transitional provision
Coupons issued under the present Regulation shall expire on the expiry of the period for which they were issued.
Government Decree No 287 / 2003 Coll., determining the amount of the charge for the use of motorways and express roads by road motor vehicles, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2005.
