GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 3 December 2025
on the declaration of certain archive cultural monuments as a national cultural monument
The Government orders pursuant to § 22 of Act No. 499 / 2004 Coll., on archiving and file service and on amending certain laws:
(1) The Archive Cultural Monument of Act No. 121 of 29 February 1920 establishing the Constitutional Charter of the Czechoslovak Republic, and the Archive Cultural Monument of the File of Documents for the formation of the Constitutional Charter of the Czechoslovak Republic (House Prints No. 26, 671, 2421 and 2472) are declared a national cultural monument of the Constitutional Charter of the Czechoslovak Republic 1920: File of Archives relating to the preparation and creation of the Constitutional Charter of the Czechoslovak Republic and its festive implementation.
(2) The number and identification in the register of archive cultural monuments, the place of deposit and the registration of the national cultural monuments referred to in paragraph 1 are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2026.

The national cultural monument will be registered in the special register of national cultural monuments under number 4.
