on the issue of an updated Currency and Fund Numerator (CMF)
The Czech Statistical Office, pursuant to § 19 (2) of Act No. 89 / 1995 Coll., on the National Statistical Service, as amended, communicates with effect from 1 January 2003 the introduction of the 2nd edition of the Monetary and Fund Numbers (hereinafter referred to as "ČMF"), which was introduced by the Czech Statistical Office's measures of 13.12.1995 published in the amount of 84 / 1995 Coll. and updated by the measure of 14.12.2001 (amount 164 / 2001 Coll.).
The issue of ČMF was drawn up on the basis of amendments to ISO 4217 and replaces the 1996 edition.
The valid version of ČMF will be published on the Czech Statistical Office's website (www.czso.cz).
Updating changes and the 2nd edition of ČMF can also be obtained by electronic means in the Information Services Department of the Czech Statistical Office, Josefská 6, Prague 1-Malá Strana.
