amending Act No. 170 / 2018 Coll., on insurance and reinsurance distribution, as amended by Act No. 119 / 2020 Coll., and Act No. 634 / 2004 Coll., on administrative fees, as amended

Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

ČÁST PRVNÍ

Amendment to the Insurance and Reinsurance Distribution Act

Čl. I

Act No. 170 / 2018 Coll., on insurance and reinsurance distribution, as amended by Act No. 119 / 2020 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. In Paragraph 56 (6), "42 'is replaced by" 43'.

2. Paragraph 120 (6) reads as follows:

"(6) The right to act as an independent intermediary, which was created in accordance with paragraph 4, shall cease if the independent intermediary does not notify the Czech National Bank through the application of the Czech National Bank for the registration of entities within 30 months of the date of entry into force of this Act.

(a) the subject matter of the activity, broken down by group of competence, after the professional examination has been carried out;

(b) persons with whom they are closely linked or have a direct or indirect interest in it exceeding 10% in voting rights or capital; and

3. In Paragraph 122 (1), "24 'is replaced by" 30'.
