ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 10 December 2020
amending crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 957 of 30 September 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency in accordance with Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of emergency measures within the meaning of § 5 (b) to (e) and § 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.
Government
I. changes the efficacy period:
1. Government Resolution of 20 November 2020 No 1202, published under No. 478 / 2020 Coll.,
2. Government Resolution of 30 November 2020 No 1263, published under No. 499 / 2020 Coll.,
3rd Government Resolution of 30 November 2020 No 1264, published under No. 500 / 2020 Coll.,
4th Government Resolution of 7 December 2020 No 1290, published under No. 511 / 2020 Coll.,
by extending their effectiveness until 23 December 2020 until 23.59 hours;
II. amends the Government Resolution of 7 December 2020 No 1290, published under No. 511 / 2020 Coll., by:
1. in point I.2 (c):
"(c) the use by the public of ski lifts and cableway tracks in connection with the use of ski tracks; This shall be without prejudice to the use of cableway installations by their operator or the public for other purposes of passenger transport or for the transport of goods and material, ';
2. in point II.11 (e):
"(e) it shall be prohibited to sell spilled or ready-to-eat drinks on site in the event of sale from an establishment of catering services to a customer outside its internal premises (e.g. window),"
3. in point II.13 (c):
"(c) it shall be prohibited to operate catering services and to sell spilled or on-site beverages;"
