amending Decree of the Czech National Bank No. 333 / 2002 Coll., laying down rules on prudent business of controlling persons on a consolidated basis
Czech National Bank pursuant to § 26f (1) of Act No. 21 / 1992 Coll., on Banks, as amended by Act No. 126 / 2002 Coll., provides:
Decree No 333 / 2002 Coll., laying down rules on prudent business of controlling persons on a consolidated basis, is amended as follows:
Paragraph 2 (m) (2), including footnote 2a, reads as follows:
"2. international development banks, namely the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Financial Corporation, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the African Development Bank, the Council of Europe's Resettlement Fund, the Nordic Investment Bank, the Caribbean Development Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Investment Fund, the InterAmerican Investment Corporation and the Multilateral Investment Guarantees Agency (2a);
(2a) Article 1 (19) of Directive 2000 / 12 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 March 2000 relating to the taking up and pursuit of the business of credit institutions, as amended by Directive 2004 / 69 / EC. ';
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
