THE LAW

of 26 November 2002

amending Act No 116 / 1990 Coll., on the rental and subletting of non-residential premises, as amended, and repealing Act No 124 / 1990 Coll., on the competence of national committees in implementing certain provisions of the Law on the rental and subletting of non-residential premises

Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

Čl. I

Act No. 116 / 1990 Coll., on the rental and sublease of non-residential premises, as amended by Act No. 403 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 529 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 229 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 540 / 1991 Coll. and Act No. 302 / 1999 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. footnote 1 shall be deleted;

2. in Article 3 (3), the second sentence, including footnote 4, is deleted;

3. Article 4 shall be deleted, including the title.

4. Article 11 shall be deleted;

5. Paragraph 15 (2) is deleted.

Paragraphs 3 and 4 shall become paragraphs 2 and 3.

Čl. II

Transitional provision to Article I

Administrative proceedings initiated pursuant to Articles 4 and 15 (2) of Act No. 116 / 1990 Coll., on the rental and subletting of non-residential premises, before the date of the entry into force of this Act and before that date the final date of entry into force of this Act shall be terminated.

Čl. III

Act No. 124 / 1990 Coll., on the competence of national committees in the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on the rental and subletting of non-residential premises, is hereby repealed.

Čl. IV

This Law shall take effect on 31 December 2002.
