GOVERNMENT REGULATION

of 29 September 2004

determining, for the purposes of pension insurance, the amount of the general assessment basis for 2003 and the amount of the conversion rate for adjusting the general assessment basis for 2003 and adjusting the amounts for establishing the calculation base

The Government orders pursuant to § 17 paragraphs 2 and 4 and § 107 paragraph 2 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll., on Pension Insurance, as amended by Act No. 134 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 353 / 2001 Coll.:

§ 1

The general assessment basis for 2003 amounts to CZK 16769.

§ 2

The conversion rate for the adjustment of the general assessment base for 2003 shall be 1,0665.

§ 3

The amounts for establishing the calculation basis set out in Section 15 of Act No. 155 / 1995 Coll. and last increased by Government Decree No. 338 / 2003 Coll. are increased as follows:

a) amounts of CZK 7,500 are increased to CZK 8,400,

b) Amounts of CZK 19 200 are increased to CZK 20 500.

§ 4

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2005.
