of 14 November 2002

amending Act No 76 / 2002 Coll., on integrated pollution prevention and control, on integrated pollution register and on amending certain laws (Act on integrated prevention), and Act No 86 / 2002 Coll., on air protection and on amending certain other laws (Act on air protection)

Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

ČÁST PRVNÍ

Amendment of the Integrated Prevention Act

Čl. I

Act No. 76 / 2002 Coll., on integrated pollution prevention and control, on integrated pollution register and on amending certain laws (the Act on integrated prevention) is amended as follows:

1. In Article 45, the sentence "The operator of an installation who has submitted an application for a building permit before the date of entry into force of this Act and if a building permit has not been issued for that installation by that date, he shall be obliged to provide evidence of the integrated permit at the same time as the proposal to initiate the approval procedure. '

2. Part Five is deleted.
