THE LAW
of 14 November 2002
amending Act No. 218 / 1999 Coll., on the scope of the defence obligation and on Military Administrative Offices (Defence Act), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Part 1 of the Annex to Act No. 218 / 1999 Coll., on the scope of the defence obligation and on the Military Administrative Offices (Defence Act), as amended by Act No. 286 / 2002 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. The word "Votice 'shall be added at the end at the Benesov Regional Military Administration.
2. For the Regional Military Administration of the Brno-rural area, the word "Kuřim 'shall be inserted after the word" Ivančice,'.
3. For the Regional Military Administration of Breclav, the word "Pohořelice," shall be inserted after the word "Mikulov."
4. For the Regional Military Administration of Frýdek-Místek, the word "Odras," shall be inserted after the words "New Jicin."
5. In the case of the Regional Military Administration, Jihlava, the word "Pacov," shall be inserted after the words "Náměštík nad Záslavou,"
6. U Territorial Military Administration The words "Luhačovice," and the words "Valaše Meziříčí," shall be inserted after the words "Kromerij,".
7. The words "Iron Brod" shall be added at the end of the Liberec Territorial Administration.
8. For the Territorial Military Administration of Olomouc, the words "Lipnik nad Bečvou 'shall be inserted after the words" Konice,'.
9. In the case of the Opava Territorial Military Administration, the word "Kravaře," shall be inserted after the word "Noise."
10. U Territorial Military Administration The word "Varnsdorf" shall be added at the end of the mouth above the Elbe.
11. U Territorial Military Administration The word "rabbits," is inserted after the words "Czech Třebová," in the mouth above Orlicí.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2003.
