The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 44 (9) of Act No. 320 / 2015 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and on the amendment of certain laws (Fire Department Act), as amended by Act No. 51 / 2021 Coll.:
Model form
The model form for claiming reimbursement of the costs of intervention due to damage caused by the operation of the vehicle is set out in the Annex to this decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 2021.
