of 30 January 2020
amending Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., on the Conditions for the Operation of Vehicles on the Road and amending Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on the Insurance of Liability for Vehicle Operation and on the Change of Certain Related Acts (Vehicle Liability Insurance Act), as amended by Act No. 307 / 1999 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 3 (3) (e) of Act No 56 / 2001 Coll., on the conditions governing the operation of vehicles on the road and amending Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on liability for damage caused by the operation of a vehicle and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on the insurance of liability from the operation of a vehicle), as amended by Act No. 307 / 1999 Coll., "6 'is replaced by" 15' and after "one metre 'the words" and forty centimetres' are added.
Efficacy
That law shall take effect on the first day of the second calendar month following its publication.
