DECLARATION
of 23 March 2018
amending and repealing certain legislation on the publication of specially protected territories
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to Article 19 (2) of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the Establishment of Ministries and other Central Authorities of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 173 / 1989 Coll., Act No. 288 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 23 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 167 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 474 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 21 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 76 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 162 / 2003 Coll., and Act No. 71 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 76 / 2017 Coll.
The decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 21 December 1987 No 17.094 / 87-VI / 2 on the declaration of protection for certain national natural reserves and protected sites is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1, entry 3 "for the" March - Pecopala "reservation in Annex III 'is deleted.
2. Annex III is deleted.
In Annex II to the Decree of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Socialist Republic of 29 November 1988 No. j. 14.200 / 88 on the declaration of certain territories in the Czech Socialist Republic for protected uses, the words "SPR" of the Lower Vineyard, "K. Čechovice II in the district of Prostějov; amount 115 / 1952 Ú. l." and the words "SPR" Placky, "K. Velkéčice in the district of Breclav; amount 270 / 1950 Ú. l." shall be deleted.
Repeal
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts of 14 November 1950 No 153515 / 50-IV / 1 on the establishment of the natural reservation "Placky."
2. Proceeds of the Ministry of Education, Science and Arts of 29 July 1952 No 40.540 / 52-V-VII / 5 on the establishment of the "Lower Vinohrady" Nature Reserve.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 May 2018.
