of 20 February 2017
on the definition of nature conservation zones of the Protected Landscape Areas of Poodri
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 27 (2) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll.:
Definition of zones
(1) The tiered nature conservation zones (hereinafter referred to as "the zone") are defined in the territory of the Protected Landscape Area of Poodří1).
(2) The indication of the boundaries of the zones on the basis of a copy of the cadastral map, including the electronic form, is stored in the Central List (2).
(3) The indicative graphical representation of zones in the territory of the Protected Landscape Area of Poodří is set out in the Annex to this Decree.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 March 2017.
