imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 21.1.2013 and 15.2.2013:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for 2013 - 2014 concluded on 3 January 2013 between the Contracting Parties
KOVO Trade Union
and
Union of employers' associations of the Czech Republic.
2. Collective Higher Level Contract for 2013 concluded on 16 January 2013 between the Contracting Parties
ECHO trade union,
Czech Energy Union
and
The Czech Union of Employers in Energy.
3. Collective contract of higher degree for 2013 concluded on 19 December 2012 between the Contracting Parties
ECHO
and
The Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic.
4. Collective Higher Level Contract for 2013 concluded on 16 January 2013 between the Contracting Parties
KOVO Trade Union
and
Association of Air Manufacturers.
5. Collective contract of higher degree for 2013 concluded on 30 January 2013 between the Contracting Parties
the Agricultural Union of the Czech Republic,
Czech Moravian Union of Agricultural Entrepreneurs
and
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers
- Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic.
6. Collective contract of higher degree 2013 - 2014 concluded on 31 January 2013 between the Contracting Parties
Union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain
and
Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic.
7. Collective Higher Level Contract for 2013 concluded on 8 February 2013 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic,
Czech-Moravian Trade Union Association
and
Association of the Czech Paper Industry.
8. Collective contract of higher degree for the period from 1 January 2013 - 31 December 2014 concluded on 31 January 2013 between the Contracting Parties
Czech Moravian Electrical Association
and
KOVO trade union.
