DECLARATION

of 11 February 2010

amending Decree No. 245 / 2001 Coll., on the details of the granting of state authorisation for the construction of selected gas installations, its amendment, extension or cancellation, as amended by Decree No. 118 / 2005 Coll.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 98a (1) (e) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms and Conditions of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended by Act No. 158 / 2009 Coll.:

Čl. I

Decree No. 245 / 2001 Coll., on the details of the granting of state authorisation for the construction of selected gas installations, its amendment, extension or cancellation, as amended by Decree No. 118 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. In the first sentence of Article 2 (2), the words "change of pipeline route or 'are deleted.

2. In the first sentence of Paragraph 3 (1), the words "other relevant data which they are 'are deleted.

3. In Article 6 (b), the words "or, if the territorial energy concept is not processed, the expression of the local or territorial authority of the State administration or of the self-government 'shall be deleted.

(4) Annexes 1 to 7 to this Decree read as follows:
