DECLARATION
Ministry of Culture
of 3 March 2000
determining the regional competence of the recipients of the regional compulsory copy of the periodical printing
The Ministry of Culture provides pursuant to § 9 (6) of Act No. 46 / 2000 Coll., on rights and obligations in the issue of periodical printing and on the amendment of certain other laws (Press Act):
(1) The Regional Compulsory Copy of the Periodic Printing shall be sent to:
a) State scientific library Kladno publishers who issue periodical printing, including regional mutations intended for the territories of Benesov, Beroun, Kladno, Kutna Hora, Mělník, Mladá Byslav, Příbram, Nymburk, Praha- east, Praha- west and Rakovnice,
b) State scientific library of České Budějovice publishers who issue periodical printing, including regional mutations for the regions of České Budějovice, Český Krumlov, Jindřich Hradec, Pelhrimov, Písek, Prachatice, Strakonice and Tabor,
(c) State scientific library of Plzeň publishers who issue periodical printing, including regional mutations intended for the territories of the districts of Domazlice, Cheb, Karlovy Vary, Klatovy, Pilsen-town, Pilsen-south, Pilsen-North, Rokycany, Sokolov and Tachov,
d) State scientific library of Ústí nad Labem publishers who issue periodical printing, including regional mutations intended for the territories of the districts of Děčín, Chomutov, Litoměřice, Louny, Most, Teplice and Ústí nad Labem,
e) State scientific library Liberec publishers who issue periodical printing, including regional mutations intended for the district of Česká Lípa, Jablonec nad Nisou and Liberec,
(f) State scientific library Hradec Králové publishers who issue periodical printing, including regional mutations intended for the districts of Havlíčkova Brod, Hradec Kralove, Chrudim, Jičín, Náhod, Pardubice, Speednov nad Knežnou, Semily, Svitavy, Trutnov and Ústí nad Orlicí,
g) State scientific library of Ostrava publishers who issue periodical printing, including regional mutations intended for the district of Bruntál, Frýdek-Místek, Jeseník, Karviná, Nový Jicin, Opava, Ostrava-town, Šumperk and Vsetín,
h) State scientific library Olomouc publishers who issue periodical printing, including regional mutations intended for the territory of the districts of Blansko, Brno-town, Brno-rural area, Breclav, Hodonin, Jihlava, Kromeriz, Olomouc, Prostějov, Přerov, Třebich, Uherské Hradiste, Vyškov, Zlín, Znojmo and Ždár nad Sazavou,
i) City library of the capital city of Prague publishers who issue periodical printing, including regional mutations designed for the territory of the capital city of Prague.
(2) Publishers who issue periodical printing, including regional mutations intended for the territory which simultaneously interferes with the area of the territorial destination of different libraries, shall only send a regional compulsory copy to the library whose area of territorial destination is the largest for that regional mutation.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
