DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 1 March 1990
amending and supplementing Decree No. 41 / 1985 Coll., on non-commercial exports and imports of goods, as amended by Regulations No. 179 / 1988 Coll., No. 118 / 1989 Coll. and No. 4 / 1990 Coll.
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade provides pursuant to § 54 of Act No. 42 / 1986 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, as amended by Act No. 102 / 1988 Coll.:
Decree of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade on non-commercial exports and imports of cases No. 41 / 1985 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 179 / 1988 Coll., No. 118 / 1989 Coll. and No. 4 / 1990 Coll. is amended as follows:
1. the text of Paragraph 1 (4) (d) shall be deleted;
2. In § 7 (2) (a) (2), "or if it has purchased it on its way to the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic in Czech stores and the means to purchase these items have been acquired by exchange of freely convertible currency with the foreign exchange money institution and exports them on the same journey" is deleted.
3. The text of Paragraph 1 (2) (1) (cc) shall be deleted.
4. The following Section 17a is inserted after Section 17:
Where customs authorities grant authorisation to export goods listed in Annex 1 (1) (c) and (1) (2) (b), they shall, in principle, levy an administrative fee of the highest amount in accordance with the provisions on administrative charges (1) '.
5. Annex 1 shall read as follows:
"Cases for which export is required [§ 1 (1) (c) and § 1 (2) (1) (bb) of the Order]:
1. fuel, exported in reserve containers
2. knitted top dressing for adults
3. artificial silk lining
4. feathers and down products
5th tents
6. rubber-textile couches and inflatable boats
7. sporting goods of all kinds, including fishing
8. colour television receivers
9. radio receivers and combinations thereof
10. magnetic tape recorders and record recorders
11. electric refrigerator
12. electrical appliances for heating and heating water
13. small electrical appliances rotating and thermal (e.g. coffee machines, mixers, robots, remoskas, etc.)
14. lamps, including crystal chandeliers
15. stoves and stoves for solid fuel
16. enamelled bathtubs, boilers, talons and buckets
17. aluminium dishes
18. automatic washing machines
19th vacuum cleaners
20. wooden barrels
21. coatings and thinners
22. medical thermometers
23. apiculture needs
24th storage meters
25. insert and padlocks
26. glass siphon and whipped cream bottles
27. knitting machines
28th musical instruments
29. spirits'.
6. Annex 2 shall read as follows:
"Goods whose export is prohibited (Section 7 (1) of the Decree):
1. food and food products of all kinds
2. personal hygiene and toilet goods
3. bed linen of all kinds
4. leather gloves and gaiters made of natural leather
5. infant and children's clothing of all kinds
6. knitted and crocheted linen of woven fabrics
7. leather and fur articles of natural materials
8. footwear of all kinds
9. knitting yarn
10. hosiery goods including stockings
11. baby diapers
12. articles of gold and silver
13. tyres, velocities, galusks and souls
14. cars, motorcycles, mopeds and spare parts
15. bicycles and spare parts for bicycles
16. sewing machines and spare parts for sewing machines
17. water installation, electrical installation and gas installation material
18. enamelled dishes
19th sanitary ware (closets, washbasins, bidets, etc.)
20th fittings including spare parts
21. Freezers and combined refrigerators (double door)
22. electric stoves
23. article and plate radiators
24. typewriters
25th Electric and petrol lawnmowers
26. utility porcelain and cooking glass
27. personal computers including accessories
28. video tape recorders
29. negative films Equicolor and Fomacolor

7. In Annex 4, entry 2 is deleted and replaced by the following entry 2:
"2. things promoting war and violence, fascism and Nazism, racial discrimination and things that contradict humanity."
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
