repealing Decree No. 120 / 1964 Coll., on the Pension Adjustment of Certain Persons
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic provides for social security under § 141 of Act No. 101 / 1964 Coll., on social security, and under § 142 of Act No. 103 / 1964 Coll., on social security of cooperative peasants:
Government Decree No. 120 / 1964 Coll., on the pension arrangements of certain persons, is hereby repealed.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
