Decret of the President of the Republic
of 14 August 1945
on the provisional management of the State economy.
On the proposal of the Government and in agreement with the Slovak National Council, I establish:
(2) The period of non-freedom (from 30 September 1938 to the date to be determined by the Government Regulation) is not counted against the limitation periods laid down by the applicable rules on the right of the State to assess and enforce taxes, levies, fees and other State revenue.
