The Constitutional Court decided on 10 October 2006 in plenary in the composition of Stanislav Balík, František Duchoň, Vojen Güttler, Pavel Holländer, Ivana Janů, Vladimir Krók, Dagmar Lastovecká, Jiří Mucha, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodém, Pavel Rychetský, Miloslav Excellent, Eliška Wagner and Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Minister of Interior Mgr. František Bublan on the abolition of Article 5 (2) of the generally binding decree of the City of Ostroa No 2 / 2004 on the local charge of admission
as follows:
Article 5 (2) of the generally binding Order of the City of Ostroa No 2 / 2004 on the local admission fee shall be deleted from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
