On 19 September 2006, the Constitutional Court decided in plenary of the President of the Court of Pavel Rychetský and the Judges Stanislav Balík, František Duchona, Vlasta Formánková, Mran Güttler, Pavel Holländer, Ivana Jana, Dagmar Lastovecká, Vladimir Krorka, Jiří Mucha, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodemí, Miloslav Excellent, Eliška Wagner and Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Minister of the Interior to abolish part of the provisions of Article 1 (2) of the "Natural person or group of persons, including the association of citizens', Article 3 (7) of the Third and Article 7 (2) of the Ordinance of the City of Ostropa 8 / 2004 on the establishment of fire protection conditions for actions involving more persons,
as follows:
Article 1 (2), which reads "natural person or group of persons, including citizens' associations," the third sentence of Article 3 (7) and Article 7 (2) of the generally binding Order of the City of Ostroa No 8 / 2004 on the establishment of conditions for fire protection in actions involving a greater number of persons, shall be deleted from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
