GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 November 2025
amending Government Regulation No 351 / 2013 Coll., determining the amount of interest on late payments and the costs associated with the claim, determining the remuneration of the liquidator, the liquidator and the member of the body of the legal entity appointed by the court and adjusting certain issues of the Commercial Journal, the public registers of legal and natural persons and the records of trust funds and the records of data on beneficial owners, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 1970 of Act No. 89 / 2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended by Act No. 268 / 2025 Coll.:
Government Regulation No 351 / 2013 Coll., determining the amount of interest on late payments and the costs associated with the claim, determines the remuneration of the liquidator, the liquidator and the member of the legal entity appointed by the court and regulates certain issues of the Commercial Journal, the public registers of legal and natural persons, and the records of trust funds and the data on beneficial owners, as amended by Government Regulation No. 434 / 2017 Coll., Government Regulation No. 184 / 2019 Coll., Government Regulation No. 25 / 2021 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 168 / 2023 Coll., are amended as follows:
In Article 2, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) For the first six months, the amount of interest on late payment of maintenance claims for a minor child who has not acquired full independence shall be 2,5 pro rata of the amount due for each day of delay. After that period, the amount of interest on late payments shall be determined in accordance with paragraph 1. ';
Transitional provision
If there has been a delay in payment of maintenance claims for a minor child who has not acquired full capacity before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, the amount of interest on late payment shall be governed by Government Regulation No 351 / 2013 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
