GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 December 2005
amending the date of entry into force of certain regulations of the Government concerning the service of members of the Security Corps
The Government orders pursuant to § 8 (4), § 12 (6), § 116 (2) and § 133 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, and to implement Act No. 153 / 1994 Coll., on the Intelligence Services of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 53 / 2004 Coll.:
Amendment of the Government Regulation laying down the arrangements for preparing for the service examination, the content of the service examination, its course, evaluation and termination
In Article 7 of Decree-Law No 506 / 2004 Coll., laying down the method of preparation for the service examination, the content of the service examination, its course, evaluation and termination, as amended by Decree-Law No 698 / 2004 Coll., "1 January 2006 'is replaced by" 1 January 2007'.
Amendment of a government regulation setting out the scope and manner of the provision of data to the service income information system
In Article 3 of Decree-Law No 507 / 2004 Coll., which sets out the scope and manner of the provision of data to the information system on the service income, as amended by Decree-Law No 698 / 2004 Coll., "1 January 2006 'is replaced by" 1 January 2007'.
Amendment of the Government Regulation setting out the models for the value designation of members of the Security Corps
In Article 3 of Decree-Law No 508 / 2004 Coll., laying down the models for the value designation of members of the Security Corps, as amended by Decree-Law No 698 / 2004 Coll., "1 January 2006 'is replaced by" 1 January 2007'.
Amendment of the Government Regulation laying down the model of the service pass of a member of the Office for Foreign Relations and Information
In Article 2 of Decree-Law No 384 / 2004 Coll., laying down the model of the service card of a national of the Office for Foreign Relations and Information, as amended by Decree-Law No 698 / 2004 Coll., "1 January 2006 'is replaced by" 1 January 2007'.
Amendment of the Government Regulation laying down a catalogue of activities in the Security Corps
In Article 4 of Decree No 104 / 2005 Coll., establishing a catalogue of activities in the Security Corps, the words "1 January 2006 'are replaced by the words" 1 January 2007'.
EFFECTIVE
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
