GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 September 2004
amending Decree No. 108 / 1994 Coll., implementing the Labour Code and certain other laws, as amended
The government orders the implementation of the Labour Code:
Decree No. 108 / 1994 Coll., implementing the Labour Code and certain other laws, as amended by Decree No. 461 / 2000 Coll. and Decree No. 342 / 2004 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1, including the title and footnote 1, shall be deleted;
(2) Paragraph 2 shall be deleted, including the title.
3. in Article 3 (f), the words "on wage compensation (3) or on the physical security of jobseekers (3)" shall be replaced by "on wage compensation, on unemployment and on retraining aid (3)."
Footnote 3:
"3) Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 405 / 2003 Coll., repealing Decree No. 19 / 1991 Coll., on the employment and physical security of workers in mining for a long period of time unfit for work. Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment. '.
4. In Article 13 (3), the words "and the physical security of jobseekers' shall be replaced by the words" unemployment and retraining aid '.
5. In Article 28 (2), the words "Natural persons with altered workability 'are replaced by the words" Persons with disabilities 10a)' and the words "for a profession (activities) 'are replaced by the words" for a future occupation 10b)'.
footnotes 10a and 10b read:

6. In Paragraph 35 (2) (d), the words "a person with an altered workability 'are replaced by the words" a person with a disability (10a)'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 2004.
