amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 579 / 1991 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 1992 and amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 576 / 1990 Coll., on the Rules of Management of the Budget Funds of the Czech Republic and the Municipality of the Czech Republic (Budget Rules of the Republic)
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 579 / 1991 Coll., on the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 1992 and amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 576 / 1990 Coll., on the Management Rules of the Czech Republic and the Municipality of the Czech Republic (Budget Rules of the Republic) is amended as follows:
Article 1 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The total revenue of the State Budget of the Czech Republic for 1992 (hereinafter referred to as the" State Budget of the Republic ") is fixed at 249 865 029 000 Kčs, the total expenditure of the State Budget of the Czech Republic is fixed at 249 865 029 000 Kčs (Annex No 1)."
2. In Article 1 (2), "58 388 200 000 Kčs' is replaced by" 52 388 200 000 Kčs' and between the words "Kčs' and '(Annex No 2)', the words" with the exception of nominal buildings, the resulting savings in special-purpose subsidies have a budgetary character of a global subsidy 'are added.
3. Annex 1 shall read as follows:
