on the issue of government bonds of the Czech Republic to cover the deficit of the Czech state budget for 1991
The Czech National Council decided on this law:
In order to cover the deficit of the state budget of the Czech Republic for 1991, state bonds are issued 1) in the range of 9,884 million CZK with a maturity of up to five years from the effectiveness of this law.
The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic will issue government bonds and determine their emission conditions within one month of the effectiveness of this Act.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
