pursuant to Section 123 (2) of the Labour Code, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and after consulting the Central Committee of the Federal Trade Union of Workers of the Czechoslovak Army, Decree No 8 of 14 November 1990 amending the Decree of the Federal Ministry of National Defence of 20 December 1982 No 6800-FS / 5-1982 on the remuneration of professional veterinary staff in the budget sector organisations under the responsibility of the Federal Ministry of National Defence (Reg. 14 / 1983 Coll.).
The benefits shall be adapted to the requirements for occupational safety at work carried out by professional veterinary staff.
The proceeds shall take effect on 1 January 1991, shall be published in the FMO 1990 FMO and may be consulted by the Federal Ministry of Defence.
