pursuant to Article 123 (2) of the Labour Code, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and after consulting the Central Committee of the Federal Trade Union of Workers of the Czechoslovak Army, issued Decree No 7 of 14 November 1990 amending and supplementing the Decree of the Federal Ministry of National Defence of 18 December 1986 No 12900- FS / 5-1986 on the remuneration of technical economic workers in budgetary sector organisations under the responsibility of the Federal Ministry of National Defence (reg. 6 / 1987 Coll.).
The proceeds are taken over by measures from Decree No. 269 / 1990 of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Coll., on simplifying the arrangements for the remuneration of workers, commercial and technical operators. The proceeds relate to technical economic workers in the budget sector organisations under the responsibility of the Federal Ministry of Defence.
The proceeds shall take effect on 1 January 1991, shall be published in the 1990 FMO and may be consulted by the Federal Ministry of Defence.
