GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 19 November 2025
amending Government Regulation No. 60 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of a list of military-specific activities, as amended

Government Decree No. 60 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of a list of activities for each rank, as amended by Government Decree No. 429 / 2016 Coll., Government Decree No. 156 / 2019 Coll., Government Decree No. 258 / 2020 Coll. and Government Decree No. 288 / 2022 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In the Annex to Part III. Military rank Corporal point (j) reads:
"(j) driving, operating and treating special military equipment (older engineer, older driver),"
2. In the Annex to Part IV. Military rank as Sergeant (m) (8), the word "basic 'shall be added at the beginning.
3. In the Annex to Part IV. the following point 9 is added:
"9th performance of the representative duties of the Staff Command Prague in the framework of the protocol events of the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic, Parliament of the Czech Republic or of the Ministry of Defence (older guard-specialist),."
4. In the Annex to Part IV. the following point 4 is added:
"4. the operation and maintenance of technically more complex techniques with special superstructure of the command and control system (older driver),"
5. In the Annex to Part IV. Military rank Sergeant point (v) reads:
"(v) the management, organisation and execution of essential pyrotechnic works with known ammunition (pyrotechnician),"
6. In the Annex to Part IV. The military rank of Sergeant (x) (1) shall be deleted from the words "and pyrotechnic rendering."
7. In the Annex to Part V. Military rank, point (k) shall read as follows:
"(k) the management, organisation and execution of pyrotechnic works with known ammunition or known explosive devices under professional supervision (older pyrotechnician),"
8. In the Annex to Part V. Military rank in point (l) (1):
'1. Activities in the framework of the provision of emergency care under professional supervision, including the provision of redeployment of injured and sick persons, the servicing and maintenance of specific medical equipment (older collector of wounded specialist), '.
9. In the Annex to Part VI, point 11 is added:
"11. the workplace of the system of command and control in the organisational unit directly subordinate to the Ministry of Defence, the Castle Guard, the Brigade, the military unit of the brigade, the air force base, the air wing, the military unit of the Colonel, the regiment or department, the Centre, the section or group of the Agency in the field of the security of communication and information systems and the security of information and communication systems (Chief of the Institute, Chief of the Institute), ';
10. In the Annex to Part VI, the military rank of Sergeant Sergeant (g) shall read:
"(g) implementation
1. fire fighting and rescue work with the use of expertise acquired in specialisation courses, operating special techniques during intervention (older firemen),
2. calibration of meters (younger metrologist),
3. radiological imaging procedures and activities involving medical exposure (younger radiological assistant),
4. Revision activities on technical installations (younger revision techniques),
5. basic physiotherapy examination (younger physiotherapist),
6. simple administrative procedures, such as the taking of simple oral submissions into the record, the making of an inventory of the files, the keeping of records and the observations of the parties, the evidence, the statements of honour, confessions and official documents, the posting of documents, or, where appropriate, the notice of the possibility of taking over the document, the making of an official record, the charging of administrative and other charges, the carrying out of local inquiries according to the instructions (younger legal assistant),
7. nursing care based on the professional competence of a nurse, a general nurse or a health care professional (younger healthcare professional),
8. administration, preparation, documentation and professional work for projects in the field of ensuring the functionality of information and communication systems with the Agency of Communication and Information Systems (younger specialist), '.
11. In the Annex to Part VI: Military rank as Sergeant General (h), the words "under professional supervision 'are deleted.
12. In the Annex to Part VI, the military rank of Sergeant Sergeant (j) (1) shall read:
"1. control and conduct of special pyrotechnic works with special explosive devices (pyrotechnician),"
13. In the Annex to Part VI, the term "specialised 'shall be deleted.
14. in the Annex to Part VII. The military rank of scoundrel (g) reads:
"(g) implementation
1. calibration, maintenance and repair of meters (metrologist),
2. complex physiotherapy procedures (physiotherapists),
3. laboratory tests and measurements (medical laboratory technician),
4. revision, maintenance and repair of designated technical equipment (revision techniques),
5. specialised activities in the field of psychological services in the Ministry of Defence, Force Command or the Agency's organisational department (psychological assistant),
6. basic performance of diagnostic care in radiology and imaging methods (radiological assistant),
7. nursing care on the basis of the professional competence of a general nurse or a health care professional,
8. administration, preparation, documentation management and professional work of projects in the field of ensuring the functionality or development of information and communication systems of the Agency of Communication and Information Systems (Specialist), '.
15. in the Annex to Part VII. The term "professional 'shall be deleted.
16. in the Annex to Part VIII. Military rank Ensign (b) reads:
"(b) comprehensive management and command
1. an organisational unit directly subordinate to the Ministry of Defence, Castle Guard, Brigade, Military Brigade, Air Force, Air Wing Base, Colonel-type military unit, Regiment or Security Department, or an operating workshop of a training facility of a training facility (Chief of the Institute, Head of the Institute);
2. the Office for Information Protection of the Ministry of Defence, Force Command, Training Command - Military Academy or Agency of Communication and Information Systems (Chief of the Institute, Head of the Institute),

17. in the Annex to Part VIII. Military rank Ensign (h) reads:
"(h) implementation
1. specialised physiotherapy procedures (older physiotherapists),
2. specialized laboratory examinations and measurements in the field of specialisation (older medical laboratory),
3. specialised performance in radiodiagnostic and therapeutic radiotherapy (senior radiological assistant),
4. nursing care on the basis of special or specialised competence for the general nurse or health care professional (older health care professional),
5. administration, preparation, documentation and expertise in project implementation, modernisation and development in the field of testing and ensuring the functionality of information and communication systems with the Agency of Communication and Information Systems (Senior Specialist), '.
18. In the Annex to Part IX. The military rank of Ensign (b) (5) shall be inserted after the word "Republic" by the words "Agency of Communication and Information Systems."
19. in the Annex to Part IX. The military rank of Ensign (b) shall be the following point 7:
"7th specialised workplace of the Department or Centre of the Agency for Communication and Information Systems in the field of the security of communication and information systems and the security of information and communication systems (Chief of the Institute), ';
20. In the Annex to Part IX. The military rank of Ensign (g) reads:
"(g) implementation
1. activities in the field of physiotherapy (special competence), prevention and advice in order to maintain and restore movement functions (older physiotherapists),
2. the most demanding specialised performance in radiodiagnostic and therapeutic radiotherapy based on specialised or specific competence (older radiological assistant specialist),
3. specialized laboratory examinations and measurements in the field of specialisation (older medical laboratory specialist),
4. specific or highly specialised nursing care on the basis of specific or specialised competence for the general nurse or health care professional (senior medical specialist),
5. administration, preparation, documentation, control and professional work in the implementation of projects, modernisation and development in the field of testing and ensuring the functionality of information and communication systems with the Agency of Communication and Information Systems (senior senior specialist), '.
21. The military rank of Ensign (i) shall be the following point 9:
'9. provision of highly specialised tasks in the field of security of communication and information systems and the security of information and communication systems at the Department or Centre of the Agency for Communication and Information Systems (senior staff), '.
22. In the Annex to Part X. The military rank of Staff Ensign (d) shall be replaced by a comma at the end of the period.
23. the following points (e) and (f) are added:
"(e) the independent provision of comprehensive agendas, the conduct of analytical, evaluation and other professional activities in the field of the control of the preparation and training of the team, the petty officers and the battalion of the Czech Army in the control department of the Chief of Staff of the General Staff of the Czech Army (Chief Specialist),
(f) a separate creative solution to demanding and complex analytical, methodological and conceptual tasks and to guide the performance of criminalistic technical activities within the Military Police; carrying out training activities in relation to basic training of the Military Police and further training of all members of the Military Police; the conduct of professional training of members of the Military Police included in the police authority in the field of the provision of specialised criminalistic and criminalistic activities (Ministry of Defence's Chief Specialist). ';
24. in Annex XI, Military rank Lieutenant (e):
"(e) the provision of outpatient care in the field of dental medicine by a dental practitioner with professional competence,"
25. in the Annex to Part XI.
"5. activities related to the exercise of national health surveillance in the framework of the protection and promotion of public health (health officer),"
26. In Annex XI, the military rank of Lieutenant (g) shall read as follows:
"(g) the pursuit of the activities of a pharmacist after having obtained professional competence (pharmacist),"
27. in Annex XI, Military rank Lieutenant (i), the words "in pairs" shall be deleted;
28. In Annex XI, the military rank of Lieutenant (j) shall read:
'(j) educational activity
1. in the acquisition and consolidation of knowledge and skills of students or graduates of universities (junior assistant),
2. aimed at expanding basic knowledge, skills and habits (teacher), '.
29. in the Annex to Part XII. Military rank Lieutenant Commander (c) reads:
"(c) methodological management of the activities of non-medical health professionals with competence within the medical department or health services centres (senior medical officer),"
30. in the Annex to Part XII. Military rank Lieutenant Commander (e) 'leadership' is replaced by 'preparation'.
31. in the Annex to Part XII. The military rank of Lieutenant Commander (h) (2) is inserted after the word "regiment," "military unit of the brigade type or base of the air."
32. in the Annex to Part XII. Military rank Lieutenant Commander (k) reads:
"(k) the provision of outpatient care in the field of dental medicine by a dental practitioner with competence (senior dental practitioner),"
33.In Annex XII. Military rank Lieutenant Commander (n) reads:
"(n) implementation
1. complex professional activities in the field of psychological services and psychosocial support (senior psychologist),
2. Comprehensive legal support at the base of the Air Force, Air Wing, Regiment, Battalion, Squad, Squadron, Military Battalion or Agency (Senior Lawyer),
3. specialised activities in the Castle Guard, the organisation unit directly subordinate to the Ministry of Defence, the Force Command, the Brigade, the Military Brigade, the Air Force Base, the Air Wing, the Regiment, the Battalion, the Military Service of the Battalion, a separate company, a military unit of the Company or a company (senior officer),

34. in the Annex to Part XII. Military rank of Lieutenant Commander (t) is deleted.
Points (u) to (z) shall be renumbered as points (t) to (y).
35. in the Annex to Part XII. Military rank Lieutenant Commander (w) reads:
"(w) carrying out specialised activities in the Ministry of Defence's organisational department (senior officer),"
36. in the Annex to Part XII. The military rank of Lieutenant Commander (y) (2) shall be replaced by a comma at the end of the period.
37. in the Annex to Part XII.
'3. humanitarian services at the battalion or in a military service of the battalion type (senior human service officer). ';
38. In the Annex to Part XIII. In point (a) (3), the words "or swarms with long-distance aeroplanes' and the words" squadron 'are replaced by the words "squadron, navigator of long-distance swarms'.
39. in the Annex to Part XIII. The following points 20 and 21 are added:
"20th Group of the War Veterans Support Agency (Chief of the Group),

40. in the Annex to Part XIII. Military rank Captain (c) reads:

45. in Annex XIII. Military rank Captain (q) reads:

46. in the Annex to Part XIII. The words "including consultation 'shall be inserted after the word" schools'.
47. in the Annex to Part XIII. Military rank Captain (w) reads:
"(w) provision of dental care by a dental practitioner with competence in multiple workplaces (senior dental practitioner),"
48. In the Annex to Part XIII. Military rank Captain (x) is deleted and the dot is replaced by a comma at the end.
49. in the Annex to Part XIII. The following point (y) is added:
"(y) providing humanitarian service to a brigade, military unit of the brigade, air base or regiment (senior senior officer of the human service).";
50. in the Annex to Part XIV. The military rank of Major (b) (17) shall be inserted after the word "swarm '" or swarm of long-distance transport'.
51.In the Annex to Part XIV. the following points 21 to 24 are added:
