ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 7 December 2020
on the amendment of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 957 of 30 September 2020, the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on Crisis Management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of crisis measures, by virtue of the provisions of Section 6 (1) (c) of the Crisis Act.
Government with effect from 8 December 2020 at 00am
amend the Government Resolution of 16 October 2020 No 1049, issued under No. 418 / 2020 Coll., as follows:
(a) in point I of the Introductory Part, the words "but not later than 31 December 2020 shall be inserted after the words" of 30 September 2020, "
(b) in point I, the following point 2 is inserted after point 1:
"2. persons whose employment relationship arises under the agreement on work outside the employment relationship, from 8 December 2020 until the end of the emergency condition, and whose agreed type of work under Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the protection of public health and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended, are classified in the third category for the factors of the working environment, the physical and psychological burden provided for in Decree No. 432 / 2003 Coll., laying down the conditions for the classification of work into categories, the limit values of biological exposure tests, the conditions for the collection of biological material for the conduct of biological exposure tests and the requirements for the reporting of work with asbestos and biological agents, as amended by Act No. 373 / 2011 Coll. this declaration of honour shall be valid for a maximum period of 90 days from the day following the date of termination of the emergency situation, ';
