GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 November 2006
amending certain regulations of the Government in the field of structural measures in agriculture
The Government orders pursuant to § 2c of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 85 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 317 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll., and pursuant to § 1 (3) of Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and on the amendment of certain other laws (Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll.), as amended by Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll.:
Amendment of the Government Regulation on the conditions for implementing aid to less favourable areas and areas with environmental restrictions
In Article 10 of Decree No. 241 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for the implementation of aid to less favourable areas and areas with environmental restrictions, as amended by Decree No. 121 / 2005 Coll. and Decree No. 510 / 2005 Coll., the following paragraph 7 is added:
"(7) The application referred to in paragraph 3 may not be lodged with the Fund for a period beginning in 2007. ';
Amendment of the Government Regulation on certain conditions for granting subsidies on the afforestation of agricultural land and on the establishment of crops of rapidly growing timber on agricultural land intended for energy use
Government Decree No. 308 / 2004 Coll., laying down certain conditions for the granting of subsidies on the afforestation of agricultural land and on the establishment of crops of rapidly growing timber on agricultural land intended for energy use, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 4, paragraph 8 is added:
"(8) An application for inclusion under paragraph 4 may not be submitted to the Fund for a period beginning in 2007. ';
2. In Section 10, the following paragraph 8 is added:
"(8) The application referred to in paragraph 4 may not be submitted to the Fund for a period beginning in 2007. ';
Amendment of the Government Regulation laying down the conditions for granting the subsidy in connection with the early cessation of the agricultural activity of an agricultural entrepreneur
Government Decree No. 69 / 2005 Coll., laying down the conditions for granting the subsidy in connection with the early cessation of the agricultural activity of an agricultural entrepreneur, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 3, at the end of the text of paragraph 2, the words "and by 31 December 2006 at the latest 'shall be added.
2. In Article 6 (3), the words "or, where appropriate, the purchase contract," shall be inserted after the words "gift contract,"
3. in Article 9 (3) (b), the word "or" shall be deleted;
4. In Article 9, at the end of paragraph 3, the dot is replaced by "or 'and the following point (d) is added:
"(d) the implementation of a change in land records pursuant to Article 3h of the Act."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 December 2006.
