GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 7 December 2005
establishing the scope of the postal authorisation
The Government orders pursuant to § 18 (4) of Act No. 29 / 2000 Coll., on Postal Services and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on Postal Services), as amended by Act No. 95 / 2005 Coll., in accordance with the law of the European Community1):
§ 1
The weight of the postal letter determining when the operation of the postal service, the purpose of which is to supply the document, is not reserved for the holders of the postal licence and the special postal licence under the Postal Service Act, shall be 50 g.
§ 2
The amount determining when the operation of the postal service, the purpose of which is the delivery of the document, is not reserved under the Postal Services Act to the holders of the postal licence and special postal licence, is CZK 18.
§ 3
Decree No. 305 / 2003 Coll., determining the scope of the postal authorisation, is hereby repealed.
§ 4
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2006.
