According to Article 123 (2) of the Labour Code, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and after consulting the Central Committee of the Federal Trade Union of Workers of the Czechoslovak Army, Decree No 6 of 14 November 1990 amending and supplementing the Decree of the Federal Ministry of National Defence of 26 November 1986 No 12800-FS / 5-1986 on the remuneration of workers in the budget sector organisations under the responsibility of the Federal Ministry of National Defence (Reg. 6 / 1987 Coll.).
The proceeds are taken over by measures from Decree No. 269 / 1990 of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Coll., on simplifying the arrangements for the remuneration of workers, commercial and technical operators. The revenue shall apply to workers in budgetary sector organisations under the responsibility of the Federal Ministry of Defence.
The proceeds shall take effect on 1 January 1991, shall be published in the 1990 FMO and may be consulted by the Federal Ministry of Defence.
