GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 November 2005
amending Government Regulation No 503 / 2000 Coll., on the Commercial Journal, as amended by Government Regulation No 408 / 2003 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 770 of Act No. 513 / 1991 Coll., Commercial Code, as amended:
Government Decree No. 503 / 2000 Coll., on the Commercial Journal, as amended by Government Decree No. 408 / 2003 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 3 (1), "paragraphs 28 and 28a" are replaced by "paragraphs 35, 36, 38, 38a to 38c, 38g and 38h";
2. in § 3 (1) (a), "§ 28 (1)" is replaced by "§ 35."
3. in Article 3 (1) (b), "Article 28 (2)" is replaced by "Article 36."
4. In Paragraph 3 (1) (c), "Paragraph 28 (3) 'is replaced by" Paragraph 38h (1)'.
5. in Article 3 (1) (d), the words "or in another State constituting the European Economic Area" shall be inserted after the words "States of the European Union."
6. in § 3 (1) (d), "§ 28 (4)" is replaced by "§ 38h (2)";
7. in § 3 (1) (e), "§ 28 (6)" is replaced by "§ 38g."
8. in Paragraph 3 (1) (f), "§ 28a (1) to (4)" is replaced by "§ 38, 38a to 38c."
9. in Article 3 (3), the following point (a) is added:
"(a) the resolution of the General Assembly on the transfer of participating securities pursuant to Article 183i (1) of the Commercial Code,"
Points (a) to (c) shall be renumbered (b) to (d).
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
