In accordance with Article 123 (2) of the Labour Code, in an agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and after consulting the competent trade unions, Decree No 4 of 14 November 1990 amending and supplementing the Decree of the Federal Ministry of National Defence of 6 January 1986 No 3060-FS / 5-1985 on the remuneration of technical economic workers in production organisations under the responsibility of the Federal Ministry of Defence (reg. 11 / 1986 Coll.), as amended (reg. 1 / 1987 Coll. and 47 / 1988 Coll.).
The proceeds are taken over by measures from Decree No. 269 / 1990 of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Coll., on simplifying the arrangements for the remuneration of workers, commercial and technical operators. The proceeds relate to technical maintenance staff of state-owned enterprises under the responsibility of the Federal Ministry of Defence.
The proceeds shall take effect on 1 January 1991, shall be published in the 1990 FMO and may be consulted by the Federal Ministry of Defence.
