DECLARATION
of 29 November 2002
amending Decree No. 114 / 2002 Coll., on the Fund for Cultural and Social Needs
The Ministry of Finance provides, pursuant to § 48 (6) and § 60 of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and amending certain related laws (budgetary rules), and § 33 (4) of Act No. 250 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules of territorial budgets:
Decree No. 114 / 2002 Coll., on the Fund of Cultural and Social Needs, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 11 (1), the comma is replaced by a comma at the end of the second sentence and the words "in cases of natural disaster, environmental or industrial accident in the territories in which an emergency has been declared no more than CZK 30,000 are added."
2. In Paragraph 11 (2), the words "or CZK 50 000 in cases of natural disaster, environmental or industrial accident in the territories in which an emergency has been declared shall be inserted after the words" CZK 20 000. "
3. In Paragraph 14, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) Gifts may also be provided to other natural persons or contributory organisations affected by a natural disaster, environmental or industrial accident in territories where an emergency has been declared. Such gifts shall not be subject to the restrictions laid down in paragraph 3. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
