on the announcement of the overall outcome of the election of the President of the Republic on 13 and 14 January 2023 (Round I) and on 27 and 28 January 2023 (Round II)
The State Election Commission declares and publishes, on the basis of the Resolution of the Supreme Administrative Court of 21 February 2023 No. Vol 100 / 2023 - 74, the overall result of the election of the President of the Republic on 13 and 14 January 2023 (Round I) and on 27 and 28 January 2023 (Round II).
A.
Result of the first round of the President's election of 13 and 14 January 2023
In the first round of the election of the President of the Republic held on 13 and 14 January 2023, no candidate was elected within the meaning of the provisions of § 54 of Act No. 275 / 2012 Coll., on the election of the President of the Republic and on the amendment of certain laws (Act on the election of the President of the Republic), as amended.
