GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 March 2015
amending Government Regulation No. 30 / 2014 Coll., laying down binding rules on the provision of financial contributions to forest management and selected hunting activities, as amended by Government Regulation No. 308 / 2014 Coll.
The Government mandates pursuant to § 46 (9) of Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., on Forests and on the amendment and amendment of certain laws (Forest Act), as amended by Act No. 501 / 2012 Coll., and pursuant to § 62 (2) of Act No. 449 / 2001 Coll., on hunting, as amended by Act No. 501 / 2012 Coll. and Act No. 357 / 2014 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 30 / 2014 Coll., on the establishment of binding rules on the provision of financial contributions to forest management and selected hunting activities, as amended by Government Regulation No. 308 / 2014 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (1) (d), the words "Ministry of Agriculture" shall be replaced by the words "Regional Office";
2. In Article 2, at the end of paragraph 4, the sentence "After the decision to grant a financial contribution, the funds to the applicant's bank account of the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Environment or the Ministry of Agriculture shall be added. '
3. In Article 2 (5) and (6), the words "on forest management under Part Two of this Regulation 'shall be inserted after the words" granting a financial contribution'.
4. At the end of footnote 13, the sentence "Annex 4 to Decree No 83 / 1996 Coll., on the processing of regional forest development plans and on the definition of economic files is added."
5. In the second sentence of Article 8 (7), the word "double 'is replaced by the word" double'; in the third sentence, the words "generally double 'are replaced by the words" at least double' and the words "performance 'are replaced by the word" measures'.
6. in Articles 23 (1), 24 (1), 25 (1) and 26 (1), the words "and a copy of the part of the forest economic plan relating to the reopened area" shall be deleted;
7. In Paragraph 30 (2), the word "forest 'is inserted after the word" validity' and the word "forest 'is inserted after the word" v'.
8. in Articles 36 (2), 43 (3) and 44 (3), the words "the Ministry of Agriculture" shall be replaced by the words "the competent regional authority."
9. in Articles 37 (1) (a), 37 (2) (a) and 37 (3) (a), the words "game boxes" are replaced by the words "game boxes."
10. in Paragraph 37 (1), the words "; the field for game shall be the parcel established to increase the maintenance of the hunting grounds on which it is managed so that the composition of the crop provides grazing opportunities for game during the year."
11. in Paragraph 37 (2), point (b) is deleted;
Points (c) to (e) shall be renumbered (b) to (d).
12. in Paragraph 37 (2) (c), the words "game field" shall be replaced by the words "game field";
13. in Paragraph 37 (3) (a), the words "game boxes" are replaced by the words "game boxes" and the words "game boxes" are replaced by "game boxes."
14. in Paragraph 37 (3) (e), the words "areas and" shall be replaced by the words "areas in the chase,"
15. in Paragraph 37 (3) (f), "250" is replaced by "150."
16. in Paragraph 38 (1), the words "within the framework of a chase" shall be added at the end of the text of point (a).
17. in Article 38 (1) (b), the words "within the framework of a chase" shall be inserted after the word "occurrence."
18. in Paragraph 38 (2) (c), the words "or the final consent granted to imports of live animals and their development stages, and" shall be inserted after the words "nature and landscapes 24.";
19. in Paragraph 38 (2), point (d) is deleted;
Point (e) shall be renumbered as point (d).
20. In Paragraph 38 (3), the words "up to 3: 5 'shall be added at the end of the text in point (d).
21. in Paragraph 38 (3) (g), the words "Ministry of Agriculture" shall be replaced by the words "competent regional authority";
22. In Article 38 (5), the words "in a given chase 'shall be inserted after the words" are not'.
23. in Paragraph 40 (2), point (b) is deleted;
Points (c) and (d) shall be renumbered (b) and (c).
24. In Paragraph 44 (1), the word "breeding 'shall be inserted after the word" owner'.
25. in Article 44 (5) (b), "3" is replaced by "2."
26. In Annex 1, Part I, row 2 reads:

Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 April 2015.
