on the extension of the commitment of the Collective Higher Level Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Article 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll., and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree Workers for 2014, concluded on 16 December 2013 between the Employers' Organisation - Association of Textile - Clothing - Leather Industry and the Senior Trade Union - Trade Union Association of Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia, is binding on other employers with effect from the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication with a predominant activity in the sector designated by the classification codes of economic activities CZ - NACE: 13, 14 and 15.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree can be found at the regional branches of the Czech Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
