GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 December 2004
determining the species and number of birds for which bird zones are defined
The Government orders pursuant to § 45e (1) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll.:
(1) The species of birds, including regularly occurring migratory birds, for which bird areas are defined are set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
(2) Birds' areas may also be defined for other migratory aquatic birds if there are more than 20,000 aquatic birds present on the site, regardless of the number of species and species composition.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 2005.
