DECLARATION
Ministry of Industry and Trade
of 11 March 1999
amending Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Decree No. 560 / 1991 Coll., on the conditions for issuing official authorisations for the import and export of goods and services, as amended
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 56 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs:
Decree No. 560 / 1991 Coll., on the conditions for the issue of official authorisation for the import and export of goods and services, as amended by Decree No. 130 / 1993 Coll., No. 300 / 1993 Coll., No. 88 / 1994 Coll., No. 175 / 1994 Coll., No. 192 / 1995 Coll., No. 156 / 1996 Coll., No. 115 / 1997 Coll., No. 233 / 1997 Coll., No. 56 / 1998 Coll., No. 141 / 1998 Coll., No. 261 / 1998 Coll., No. 331 / 1998 Coll., No. 335 / 1998 Coll., and No. 30 / 1999 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 2 (1) (f), including footnote 1 (b):
"(f) to import goods from the Slovak Republic with the exception of subheading 1701 cane or beet sugar and chemically pure sucrose and subheadings 1702 30 10, 1702 40 10, 1702 60 10, 1702 90 30 isoglucose listed in Annex A / I, Part I or export of goods to the Slovak Republic. (1b)
1b) The Treaty establishing a customs union between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic was published under No 237 / 1993 Coll. '.
2. In Annex A, Part I, the following subheadings are added to the chapter "AGRICULTURAL AND FOODSTUFFS 'under the heading" 1701 cane or beet sugar and chemically pure sucrose - originating in the Slovak Republic':

This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
