GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 26 February 1997
fixing the preferential rate of duty applicable to imports of certain agricultural and food products originating in the European Union
The Government orders pursuant to § 56 paragraph 2 and § 57 paragraph 1 point f) of the Czech National Council Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
The goods listed in the Annex to this Regulation shall be charged customs duties according to preferential customs duties under the tariff quotas set out in the Annex, where the goods originate in the European Union.
GOODS ORIGINATING IN THE EUROPEAN UNION MEANS GOODS WHICH COMPLY WITH THE CONDITIONS LAID DOWN IN SPECIFIC REGULATION (1)
For the period of validity of this Regulation, the rates of duty laid down in Decree No 301 / 1996 Coll., Customs Tariff, under the conditions laid down therein, shall not apply to the goods defined in Paragraph 1.
(1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
(2) This Regulation shall expire on 31 December 1997.
