of 27 April 1973
on the adjustment of certain foster care ratios in special establishments
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Central Council of Trade Unions, in agreement with the Ministries of Labour and Social Affairs of the Republic and with the other participating central authorities, determine, pursuant to § 22 (1) of Act No. 50 / 1973 Coll., on Parental Care, under § 2 (3) (c) and § 9 of Act No. 54 / 1956 Coll., on the sickness insurance of employees, under § 143 (2) of Act No. 101 / 1964 Coll., on Social Security, and under § 206 of the Labour Code:
Incapacity insurance and foster pensions
Compensation
The provisions of Title Eight of the Labour Code relating to the prevention of damage, the liability of a worker for damage caused in the performance of or in direct connection with his or her duties and the liability of the organisation for damage caused by the worker, with the exception of the provisions of Section 204 on liability for damage caused by postponement.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 June 1973.
