fixing the flat-rate amount of the costs of criminal proceedings
The Minister of Justice, pursuant to § 152 (3) and § 153 (1) of Act No. 141 / 1961 Coll., on Criminal Procedure, provides:
The flat-rate amount of the costs of criminal proceedings borne by the State referred to in Articles 152 (1) (c) and 153 (1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure shall be 200 CZK and 500 CZK in the cases where the expert has been recruited.
(1) Decree of the Minister of Justice No 91 / 1963 Coll., determining the flat-rate amount of the costs of criminal proceedings, is hereby repealed.
(2) Paragraph 1 does not apply to the costs of proceedings in cases brought before 30 June 1965.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1965.
