on the correction of the print error in Act No. 151 / 2025 Coll., on the benefit of state social assistance
In Article 24 (1), the introductory part of the provision is correct:
"(1) The cost of living for the use of another living space shall be considered as the cost of using another living space owned or co-owned by a member of the household, another living space used on the basis of the membership of a household member in a housing cooperative or another living space used on the basis of a service obligation, the sum of 80% of the respective amount of the ownership flat and the total amount of the corresponding amount '.
