amending Decree No 294 / 2015 Coll. implementing the rules on road traffic, as amended by Decree No 84 / 2016 Coll.
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to Article 137 (2) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended by Act No. 478 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 53 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 226 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 133 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 297 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 230 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 249 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 269 / 2016 Coll., Act No. 199 / 2017 Coll., Act No. 193 / 2018 Coll., Act No. 337 / 2020 Coll., Act No. 220 / 2021 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll., and Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll.
Regulation No 294 / 2015 Coll., implementing the road traffic rules, as amended by Decree No 84 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 8, in entry V 1a, the words "overtaking a cyclist 'shall be inserted after the word" circling'.
2. In Annex 13, the designation "O 5 'is replaced by" O 5a'.
3. In Annex No 13, the following entry O 5b is inserted after entry O 5a:

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
