DECLARATION
of 10 November 2006
amending Decree No. 92 / 1999 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Coll., laying down the method of labelling textile products with data on the composition of the material, as amended by Decree No. 9 / 2005 Coll.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 28a (b) and (c) of Act No. 634 / 1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended by Act No. 104 / 1995 Coll.:
Decree No 92 / 1999 Coll., laying down the method of labelling textile products with data on the composition of the material, as amended by Decree No 9 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. The following text is added to footnote 1: "Commission Directive 2006 / 3 / EC of 9 January 2006 amending Annexes I and II to Directive 96 / 74 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on textile names for the purposes of their adaptation to technical progress (Text with EEA relevance).
Corrigendum to Directive 96 / 74 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 December 1996 on textile names published in the Official Journal of the EU L 105 of 13.4.2006. '
2. In Annex 1, the following serial number 45 is inserted after serial number 44:
| „45 | elastomultiester | vlákno vytvořené interakcí dvou nebo více chemicky rozdílných lineárních makromolekul ve dvou nebo více odlišných fázích (z nichž žádná nepřesahuje 85 % hmotnostních), obsahující esterové skupiny jako převládající funkční jednotku (minimálně 85 %), které po vhodném zpracování, při němž se protáhne na jeden a půl násobek původní délky, se po uvolnění v podstatě rychle vrátí na svoji počáteční délku.“. |
3. In Annex 2, order number 19:

4. In Annex 2, the following order number 45 is inserted after serial number 44:
| „45 | Elastomultiester | 1,50“. |
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2007.
