DECLARATION
of 16 November 2006
amending Decree No 571 / 2004 Coll., laying down coupons showing the payment of the fee for the use of motorways and express roads, the way in which they are completed, the way in which they are marked by the term of validity of coupons of less than a calendar year and the way in which they are recorded, as amended
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to § 46 (3) of Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended by Act No. 102 / 2000 Coll., for the implementation of § 21 (5):
Decree No 571 / 2004 Coll., laying down coupons showing the payment of the fee for the use of the motorway and the express road, the way in which they are completed, the way in which they are marked by the term of validity of coupons with a term of validity of less than a calendar year and the way in which they are recorded, as amended by Decree No 457 / 2005 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In the second sentence of Paragraph 1, the word "coupons' is replaced by" coupons valid for a calendar year for vehicles with a total mass of up to 12 tonnes'.
2. In Article 3, at the end of paragraph 1, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following points (h), (i) and (j) are added:
"(h) symbols of the road signs" motorway "and" express roads, "
(i) original guilloche rasters in two colours, one of them protected iris crossing colors,
(j) surfaces printed with metallic paint in iris crossing. ';
3. In Article 3, at the end of paragraph 3, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following points (g), (h), (i) are added:
"(g) symbols of the road signs" motorway "and" express roads, "
h) original guilloche frames in two colours, in one of them protection iris crossing colors,
(i) surfaces printed with metallic paint in iris crossing. ';
4. in Article 4 (2) (a):
"(a) the calendar year of colour purple and ochre,"
5. In Article 5 (3), the words "3,5 mm 'are replaced by the words" 3,3 mm' and after the words "they are located 'are inserted the words" inclined'.
6. In Article 5 (5), "19 mm 'is replaced by" 20 mm';
7. in Article 5, the following paragraph 10 is added:
"(10) The symbols of the road signs" motorway "and" express roads "are located on the front of the coupon on its left upper and on the back of the coupon on its right upper. Both symbols are 5 mm high and 4 mm wide. '
8. In Paragraph 6 (4), "4 mm 'is replaced by" 3,5 mm' and "3,5 mm 'is replaced by" 3 mm'.
9. In Article 6, the following paragraph 10 is added:
"(10) The symbols of the road signs" motorway "and" express roads "are located on the front of the coupon on its left upper and on the back of the coupon on its right upper. Both symbols are 5 mm high and 4 mm wide. '
10. the Annex shall read as follows:
"Annex to Decree No 571 / 2004 Coll.
Model of annual coupons showing the payment of a fee for use of motorways and express roads for motor vehicles or a combination of vehicles of up to 12 tonnes total weight
Annual coupons for motor vehicles or bicycles:
(a) up to a total weight of 3,5 tonnes;
(b) up to a total weight of more than 3,5 tonnes up to 12 tonnes.

Transitional provision
For coupons marked in 2006, the models laid down in this Decree, as effective until 1 December 2006, shall apply.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 2006.
